A Trip to Jogja

me and my friends, as called fancy (aha) went to Jogja on 16th June. we reached Jogja by train, only took 5 hours from hometown. we stayed for 3 days 2 nights.
man, we ate ALOT during our vacay. too many delish food to be denied. we officially said good bye to diet.
my favorite place was angkringan. me loving kopi jos and nasi kucing so much! and the vibe there was so heart-warming ahaha. there are hundreds of them in Jogja, but angkringan near the Tugu's station are the best, they said.
we spent the nights by strolled the lovely city (we took the horse-drawn carriage and pedicab, but mostly we walked), from Malioboro, to Jogja's main square. from one food stall to another. ain't it fun? hahaha

no, our journey hasn't ended yet. we also visited Jogja's attractions like beach, temple, you name it! you better check the photos down here:

Heaven on Earth Getaway 2.0

hello guys! i've promised you to post this a long days ago, but fuh i had been very busy with the school things which is really tiring v.v but finally i have a spare time to blog :*

during my vacation in Bali, I stayed in a new and very cozy hotel in the heart of Seminyak called IZE. this isn't a promotion, advertising or anything, but IZE was a total no-regret. i had a really pleasant stay there. the staffs were really nice, the food was soooo good, i also loving the vibe in there. i really like the rooftop bar and pool too. but too bad i didn't take any pictures there. the neighborhood was also amazing, with boutiques and restaurants were so close to the hotel. the most important was, the convenience store is just a step away from the hotel. yeah, right in front of the hotel entrance. and a tiny mall, Seminyak Square was only a 5 minutes walk. the beach?? 10 minutes walk. awesome rite?? so i really recommend this awesome service hotel for you if you like the vibe of the Seminyak nightlife and also for you who like to strolling around the Seminyak area.

although i already visited bali for millions time, i still, haven't discovered the whole bali's attractions. crazy ha. Bali is a truly paradise with endless beautiful place to be visited. okay so since i'm not good at writing, i'm going to share some pictures here

*on the way to Bali from Lombok* breathtaking view from the plane. *for God's sake, its seems unreal, but He is just too awesome, really hard to be believed*

Heaven on Earth Getaway

on the last holiday me & my parents went to Lombok and Bali for 7 days. both is one of the most magnificent places i've ever visited. Bali has always been a remarkable place to me. trust me, you'll never get bored (even you already visited Bali for several times like me)! so many attractions and things to do in there!
but it was my first time in Lombok, and i'm instantly, truly madly deeply in love! the clean, not-so-crowded-tend-to-quite beach with white sand and shades of blue, crystal clear sea water was wonderful<3 i even thought "is this what the real heaven look like?"
not only the beaches, we took a time to visited the primitive Sade village of the Sasak ethnic group. it felt like i traveled with a time machine, back to the old time when no technologies & inventions, everything was... primitive. thought it was a great experience. we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in Santika Hotel Mataram which is in the middle of the city and slightly far from the local attractions, but it was okay, since there were no traffic jam in Lombok. so peaceful. another great thing was, it wasn't hard for us to did the daily 5 times pray because there were a lot of mosque in Lombok. *moslem is the majority religion in Lombok*. one thing i didn't like was the lack of cafe or beach club or shopping area, so the attraction was mostly a quite beach.
aaaaand i'd like to share the beauty of Lombok with you guys. here they are:

so what do you think??? i'm not a liar right?

anyway here's a quick tip!
- if you're planning to go to Gili Terawangan (or another Gili; Air & Meno) without staying in a hotel, you better bring your swimsuit, towel, and toiletries, just in case you're going to swim or snorkeling. but there's no public bathroom for you to rinsing or even showering your body.
- if you don't want to swim, you can rent a bike to ride around the island
- you should try Gili Gelato, a homemade italian gelato which is really tasty and creamy and soooo delicious. you can easily find it near the main dock
- if you're looking for a mosque in Gili Terawangan, just ask the locals. they'll show you the direction. the mosque is quite big tho.
- there are still a lot of beautiful beaches, so before you go out from the hotel, make sure to browse which beaches do you want to visit and where is the location.

so many places i haven't visit in Lombok. i wish i can come back with my family on the next holiday, soon!
g'bye and have a wonderful day :*

*i'll post my stories in Bali on the next 'Heaven on Earth Getaway'*
